Shipping Policy

Carriers

• Domestic orders within Norway are shipped with PostNord.

• International orders within Europe are shipped with Posten.

 

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to:

• Norway

• Europe (selected countries)

 

We do not ship to:

• USA (due to new customs regulations prohibiting the export of goods under USD 800)

• Asia

• Africa

• Australia

• South America

We may expand to additional regions in the future.

Processing & Delivery Time

• Orders are processed as part of a monthly production cycle (see Legal Notice).

• Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  

Estimated Delivery After Production

• Norway: 2–5 business days

• Europe: 5–14 business days (depending on country and local customs)

Customs & Duties

For international orders outside Norway, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country. We cannot control or predict these costs.

 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your shipment is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
